APPLICATION

All adults planning to live at the property must fill out an application individually. The Application Fee is $30 PER ADULT. We take cash, money order, Paypal, debit or credit card. You can fill out an application online, or get an application when you view the unit.

To be first in line for our property, apply online by taking the following steps:

1)  Download, print, fill out, and sign our Rental Application Criteria.

2)  Download, print, fill out, and sign the Application to Rent.

3)  Pay the $30 screening fee to our PAYPAL account using the "Pay Now" button below. You can use your debit or credit card on the Paypal site if you do not have a Paypal account.

4)  Fax or email the completed Application to Rent and Rental Application Criteria

*Screening fees are non-refundable, as we pay the 3rd-party screening service regardless of whether you are accepted or not.*
